The Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering, Award in Food Safety for Retail and Award in Food Safety for Manufacturing enables Candidates who are working in, or preparing to work in, a catering, retail or manufacturing setting to gain the knowledge and understanding to identify and control risks to food safety and ensure that food is kept safe in line with relevant guidance and legislation.
